At the beginning of each semester, the Library sends an e-mail (sdoc@novasbe.pt) with an online form requesting information on books, articles and other materials.
Faculty should fill the form with all recommended books prior to the start of the semester and in time for the Library to buy all unavailable titles, e-mails must be sent to this email.
Recommended books have a short loan period so that more students have access to them.
If a book is not available, Faculty should ask the Library to order the book at least 8 weeks before the beginning of the course.
