Members of the Research Unit are expected to upload outputs from any research conducted whilst working at Nova School of Business and Economics. PhD student don’t have editing privileges in Pure, but if they publish during their doctoral studies and would like to make these outputs available should discuss this with their supervisor. If they publish alone with Nova SBE affiliation, they can request for their outputs to be uploaded by sending an e-mail to the Pure team (pure@novasbe.pt)

If you are member of the Research Unit you can access Pure and login with your e-mail/Moodle credentials. After logging in you can start adding your Research Outputs. To access these options, click ‘add new’ when you’re logged in to Pure and then select ‘import from online source’ or ‘import from file’ as relevant.

Can I add things that were published before I joined Nova SBE?
Yes, you can add any publications attributed to you. You can do this manually, or by importing details of the publications from external databases such as Scopus, Web of Science and CrossRef. Please note that the team may have to prioritise adding, or validating, only the most recent outputs to Pure.
I added my publications, but they don’t appear in Nova’s Research Portal, why?
Only publications with Universidade Nova de Lisboa’s affiliation are added to Nova Research Portal. All publications published before joining Nova SBE will only be added to Nova SBE researcher profiles page,
I have noticed incorrect information on my output, how do I fix it?
Please email us with details of the required amendments including the title of the output to which you are referring, and we will make the change for you.
How do I access the full text of research outputs in RUN?
